Refund Request Process

  • Provide your order number and detailed explanation of the issue
  • Include screenshots or evidence supporting your claim
  • Allow us up to 48 hours to investigate and respond

Replacement Policy

In many cases, we prefer to offer replacements rather than refunds:

  • Free replacements for non-functional accounts reported within 24 hours
  • Partial replacements for bulk orders with defective accounts
  • Replacement accounts will match the original order specifications

Refund Processing

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time varies by payment method (typically 3-10 business days)
  • Cryptocurrency refunds will be issued at the current exchange rate
  • Any transaction fees incurred will be deducted from the refund amount

Chargebacks
